Guys,

i am looking at introducing cash payments for newspaper articles, similar to how many games operate.

I am therfore looking for somebody to run this, I dont mind if I have to do it myself, but would prefer somebody with some spare time take control and oversee all articles posted.

Cash rewards would be limited to 250k max per week, making it possible for clubs to raise an extra 3mil over the course of a season.

Also, and mainly, it would get the forum more active than ...

Ok so we are four games in, and I want to know if you are happy/unhappy with the scorelines in comparison to last season.

Obviously we had a lot of 0-0's last term, well, a lot is a bit of an understatement, about 60% of games ended that way.

I am personally happier, are you?

Reaction to coaching plans

Have to say I'm very very impressed with these ideas brought forth on first impression. I may have to read them again when I have a little more time, but this really does look promising and I think this is the kind of thing people will understand as well, save for perhaps any new managers (that said, the fact they really don't have to worry about this kind of thing immediately is a very good thing).

Sides idea

Just a small idea for the future.

We have seen that sides have made an impact on how a team plays and how a squad is dealt with nowadays (and ultimately, the value of a player on occasions).

What I propose is in the future, that players who only have one side are permitted to train a second side at an additional cost (could be primary ab's, could be monetary). I wouldn't advocate the ability to train a third side and be proficient in all three but if such a thing were permitted, I'd ...

Obviously you will have seen on the home page I am looking at starting a third division of AFM.

The plan is as follows;

1 - The third tier of AFM will start in season 3.

2 - I am hoping to have all managers in place by the middle of season 2.

3 - I have 3 confirmed managers in place, another two who are interested, just awaiting them to confirm. (I have been advertising spaces 2days!)

4 - Managers put in charge of League 3 teams WILL be able to take part in the season ...

Donating season 2

Guys I recently had a manager ask via email about donating and if it was an option.

The answer was no, as I dont think it would be right at this stage for the game.

However, the email go tme thinking, and I have a suggestion to put to you all.

As said, I dont think that AFM is ready for the inclusion of donating as we all know it yet, and probably wouldnt be for a few seasons yet, but how about the following.

(Remember, this is only my suggestion, you may have better)

Basically, ...

I know the first season hasn't quite finished yet but I would like to extend my thanks to Scott and Steven for helping to run AFM this season, this game is definitely starting to slowly grow on me. Even if there is maybe the odd chink in the game at the moment, this game is improving all the time and matches are generally run in a very timely fashion. So again, thank you and looking forward to an enjoyable next season!
