Will the youth divisions run independently to the senior divisions or will youth teams be promoted/relegated regardless of whether the senior team is promoted/relegated?

The youth leagues will be ran independantly, so promotion/relegation of both senior/youth teams will be seperate.

The cash for doing well with your reserves is the following

Youth League 1
Winners - 8 mil
Runners up - 6 mil
Third - 3 mil
Fourth - 2.5 mil
Fith - 2 mil
Sixth - 1.5 mil
Seventh - 1 mil
Eighth - 500k

Youth League 2
Winners - 6 mil
Runners up - 4 mil
Third - 2 mil
Fourth - 1 mil
Fifth - 800
Sixth - 400k
Seventh - 250k
Eighth - 100k

As you can see, success with your youths could be quite financially rewarding.
